Here you will find some inspiring videos and a few articles, some information about me and Yoga Rocks, Crete. At the moment there is a worldwide yoga explosion with people mostly finding yoga through the portal of posture (asana) practice. This brings up many questions about the true nature of yoga – Can we keep the innocence as we become wise enough to see with love through the wily ways of our own egos? Richard Freeman

Pinning down what we are actually doing in our yoga practice is often difficult and changes from day to day. Below is a quote which I particularly like from a book I have just added to my book list. Thanks to the lovely Jonni Lyn for giving me her copy of this book!

Yoga is essentially concerned with teaching us to perceive and respond to reality in such a way that we can transform our perceptions and responses so that the experience of suffering is resolved. While this process may lead to asking legitimate philosophical, psychological, and religious questions, such questions are of secondary concern. The aim of the yoga path is to recognise suffering in its various manifestations and conditions and to cultivate the skills necessary to bring suffering to an end. ~The Inner Tradition of Yoga Michael Stone

Also inspiring right now; listen to Gangji click here

More soon, much love and many thanks for visiting.
