		<description><![CDATA[Thank you, i read the article and i&#039;m very happy that also and especially in yoga so many people can walk on the path of awareness.
But the problem is that in many yoga classes the teachers are not focused on the primary soul of this practice: focusing our body-mind on this eternal everchanging present.
Awaking and reaching awareness, this is the principle. Is not a question a mere poses, names to remember, fashion wear to dress in classroom. Is something deeply related to our spiritual essential and to our true aspect of the self.
We are the whole, but not aware of this fact.
And yoga, as you make me see, is a way to the enlightenment.
